When products have been purchased and payment has been received, they will be dispatched the following working day. Most packages are received 1 to 2 working days after dispatching.

Returns Refunds & Replacements Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’re here to help :

  • Broken or faulty products received in my shipment :

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your faulty product. You will need your sales receipt or invoice as a reference.

  • Broken or faulty products still in warranty :

Please contact us at 046 902 0625  or email us at [email protected] if your product is faulty or broken and is still in warranty. You will need your sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. Once we receive your faulty or broken product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it and how we will proceed.

  • Web Order Returns :

– You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
– To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your product must be in the original undamaged packaging.
