Packaging & Delivery

When you buy our goods, items are always packed very discreetly and no mention of our shop name or the type of goods inside will be visible. Goods are sent using a trusted courier service as standard. Items are sent to your door.

If no one is in to receive the goods, then the courier will normally re-attempt delivery twice before returning your order to us. In this instance we may need to charge for re-delivery.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your product must be in the original undamaged packaging. you will need your sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment or replace the product, depending on the status.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
